These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of EarnQuiz, an educational platform operated by Kanta Kumari (Proprietorship), trading as Paras Technology ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the EarnQuiz mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the app, or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Nature of Services

EarnQuiz provides digital educational services including study materials, quizzes, exam rooms, and in-app virtual currency (Earn Coins). All services are delivered digitally through the EarnQuiz mobile application. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Payments and Pricing

Coin purchases and paid services are priced in Indian Rupees (INR). Current pricing is available on our Pricing page and within the app. Payments are processed through authorized payment gateway partners. EarnQuiz does not store your debit card, credit card, or net banking credentials.

All purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Rewards and Redemptions

Coins earned or purchased on the platform may be used for in-app activities or redeemed according to rules displayed in the app. We reserve the right to modify reward structures, redemption options, and eligibility criteria at any time with reasonable notice where applicable.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use EarnQuiz for unlawful purposes, fraud, automation or bot activity, account sharing, or any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the platform or other users. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kanta Kumari (Proprietorship), trading as Paras Technology, and EarnQuiz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding three months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
